Terms and conditions
Check in time is between 4pm and 8pm, please advise us of an estimated arrival time. Check out time is no later than 10am. In order to confirm your booking we require your valid credit card details. Please note that no charges will be made to your card until check in, at which time full payment of your booking is required. For the comfort of other guests and staff our home is strictly non-smoking. Smoking will not be tolerated in guestrooms or anywhere on the property. No pets allowed. Minimum age of guests staying is 16 years old. Any costs incurred to repair damage caused to the rooms or the property by guests or guest associates will be charged to your supplied credit card. Cancellation policy
This cancellation policy does not apply for any special sporting event held in Cambridge like rowing, cycling etc and other special events held in Cambridge, including Fieldays. Any rooms cancelled within one month prior to special events will be charged the full fee.
